¡Ayúdenme a difundir el mensaje de bienestar!

A través de mi carrera he sido expuesta a muchas herramientas efectivas de bienestar; desde spinning, Pilates, etc. Igualmente, he logrado identificar, probar y compartir otras únicas en su clase. De ahí, mi insistencia en que debemos darle más herramientas a la humanidad para que fortalezcan su compromiso de bienestar. Conozcan, estudien y prueben, ustedes también, las recomendaciones a continuación. Aquí les proveo un breve resumen de las mismas.

SE2, a demostrado aumentar, en un 25%, el volumen de células madres en el torrente sanguíneo para el proceso de renovación natural del cuerpo. Los resultados han sido progresivos y palpables. Para mi, todo el mundo debería tomar estos dos, sin duda alguna. Son tan únicos y valiosos como el oro.

Entrena natural y consistentemente

El cumplido que recibí hoy, validó uno que me dieron unas semanas atrás. Me dijeron que mi cuerpo es igual al de unas que compiten pero que en el caso de ellas se "metían cosas". Que bueno que saben que lo que hago es al natural. Me halaga que vean el potencial en mi; el mismo que quiero que descubras en ti.

Debo admitir que, no es fácil reconocer que esta dando frutos nuestro esfuerzo; porque, siempre sabemos que podemos dar más. 

Mantén tu consistencia y continúa trabajando más allá de tu comodidad dentro de tu capacidad. Llegarás muy lejos. ÉXITO

As we start a new cycle, I encourage you to value your intuition. That deep feeling that guides you in the decision process. How many times we turn away from it scared of listening to ourselves? Trust your intuition. It has never failed me. It might take time, in some cases, but it, always, proves me right.

A Father’s Commitment to Exercise


“I propose to do, for a period of an hour and in the afternoon for at least 3 days a week, the following exercises: walk at the minimum speed my body allows and for a total of 10 minutes minimum. With an initial weight of 20 pounds, at the weight machine, do leg flexions in sets of 5 and 4 repetitions.”

A commitment my father hand-wrote on March 23, 2008 before traveling to his last hospital appointment. I loved his determination; because, he wrote it without me asking. He has always been very athletic and always looked younger than his age. Upon his return, he could not comply; because, he, unexpectedly, passed away on the 15th of April.

He didn’t have the time; but, you certainly do. If you take time to brush your teeth, you can commit time to work on conditioning your body’s muscles and strengthening your bone structure. Essential combination for the performance of regular daily activities. Remember, your current, or future, family depends on you for your loving care and support. So, you should be responsible for taking care of your health.
